Please read the information below.  It is our way of serving you more expediently and professionally.  We, at the Omaha Auction Center, look forward to your business..... 

We accept Visa, MC & American Express credit cards (by phone or email).

PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. Currency.  Shipping and insurance fees  are not included.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours that your order has been received. If you are paying by check  your order will be held for seven (7) business days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s). Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped no more than 3 business days after receipt.  If your payment is by MasterCard - Visa - American Express, then your order will be shipped within 24 hrs of approval (Sundays and major holidays excepted). 

SALES TAX:  7% Nebraska State Sales Tax applicable to Nebraska Residents only....


OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by U.S. Mail and insured. We may elect to ship by some other
carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by
U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email us
before placing your order.
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us (by phone or email) for return instructions within three (3) days  of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) to include one way shipping and insurance. 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by
us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing
material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing.
Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

MARXWINDUPS: Speed Boy Delivery, 1928 Big Parade,NewYorkwith dirigible, Rookie Cop, more. 1955 Robot Nomura, Linemars friction robot space tank; police cars, motorcycle cops;1918 Kingsbury biplane, trucks, cars . . . many in originalboxes; Gene Autry Bakelite guitar in original box; Marklin enamel stove w/pots. GOOD EARLY GUNS: Wells Fargo stagecoach shotgun; 1860s black powder rifle; 1889 PineRidge - Indian security double barrel shotgun; 1860s boot pistol. 

LAMPS: Spectacular and rare Tiffany gold favrile table lampwith Intaglio cut green leaves in shade and base; pair ofOscar Bach torchiere lamps; Spelter floor lamp with Indianholding 4 lights; banquet lamp with Pan; organ lamp; slagglass and leaded glass lamps; blown-out GWTW with paleflowers; red satin GWTW . . . plus sconces, shades, electrified lustres.

NAPOLEON & MAPS: License personally signed by Napoleon in 1806 to an American ship to trade directly in France, bisque statue of Napoleon on horseback and 2 vases featuring the Battles of Moscow and Eylau . . . all from the Sevres factory done while he was alive, painting on porcelain of Josephine (his wife) in fancy frame. MAPS: 1747 map of northeast US Coast + legend; 1745 map of Spanish battle.

CONTEMPORARY FOLK ART: A little known outstate Nebraska artist with great imagination and a sense of humor, identifying her work as “Art by Faye” . . . “Zoey” the fanciest decorated life-size mannequin around plus a Victorian armchair with a mermaid and a story. To see is to want to own. Folk Art carving of steer pulling cowboy by Phillip Pageler.

TIFFANY & ART GLASS: Tiffany 16” tomato red vase, Millefiori vase and 3 decorated vases; Moser cranberry coffeepot, cups, tray . . . highly enameled; Steuben, “Stamford” vase & gold & blue aurene baskets, Lalique, Baccarat.

GRACIOUS LIVING: Venetian green and gold stemware and accessories with swans and dolphins; Lobmyer enameled wines; set of Dresden “Empress” (“Spring Flowers”) china, sterling flatware and a petite sterling coffee set.

FURNITURE: Mahogany 19th C. desk; marble-top server and matching court cupboard; oak sideboard and linen press; armoire; elegant gold pier mirror with grape clusters; highly carved Black Forest clock shelf; Vict. sofa, bed, table, dresser; 4 Aesthetic Movement chairs with bronze; handpainted 4 section leatherette screen; George Steck baby grand piano.
